Organise everything with Todoist

I run my work, my family life, my community classes and my writing from one place. Not because an app makes you organised, but because one trusted system frees your head for the things only you can do.

As a change practitioner, I see the same pattern everywhere: people juggling sticky notes, calendars, chat threads and three task apps. Consolidating into one system is the first and biggest win.

This is my Todoist affiliate link. If you're new to Todoist, I'd really appreciate you signing up through this link rather than going to Todoist directly. It costs you nothing extra, I may earn a small commission, and it helps me keep creating these books and courses. Thank you.

How the books and Todoist work together

Step 1

Read or take the course

Each title explains the change and the evidence for it.

Step 2

Create the project

Name it after the book, such as Organise Fat Loss, with a section for each of the four Ds.

Step 3

Turn on the Habit Tracker

Enable Todoist's Habit Tracker integration so slow progress shows up as a visible streak.
