  • I assist clients in maximizing the value of ServiceNow's platform. By collaborating with sales and account teams, I ensure the full potential of ServiceNow's enablement and adoption services is integrated into the implementation. My engagement with customers leads to the delegation of requirements to internal teams for fulfillment.
  • I have enhanced communication among Customer Outcomes, Sales, and Delivery teams to emphasise the benefits of ServiceNow's enablement services, enabling clients to be self-sufficient and less dependent on partners.

Principal Training and Adoption Consultant at ServiceNow

May 2019 to June 2023

  • I have assisted ServiceNow clients in their digital transformation by facilitating the adoption of ServiceNow solutions within the Training and Certification department. I initiated the development of new self-study courses, videos, and help guides, ensuring financial models were adjusted to incorporate a variety of learning solutions. This involved establishing partnerships with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Technical Development teams. Additionally, it entailed motivating colleagues, consolidating their input into a wish list, and transforming it into a strategic roadmap of milestones to modernise learning solutions, transitioning from classroom-focused to web-focused formats.
  • I have been at the forefront of utilising ServiceNow's learning platform, Now Learning, aligning new certification courses with ServiceNow's biannual product release cycle. This alignment has improved adoption rates, minimised the necessity for preemptive learning, and bolstered just-in-time support.
  • The learning assets I have developed are now utilised by ServiceNow partners and software implementers.

  • I facilitated the learning of cloud-based Salesforce for IBM clients, mainly in the EMEA region, including the coordination of Salesforce certifications. I provided our partners with the resources necessary to train their organisations in maximising their Salesforce platform's potential. This involved creating a comprehensive learning program consisting of courses, videos, activities, and articles. Additionally, I empowered the sales team to improve their abilities, guiding clients towards a contemporary and digital adoption of Salesforce.

  • I have designed and implemented educational experiences for project and program managers, which encompassed the creation of certifications. This role also involved managing vendors. The materials I developed included texts, help guides, video tutorials, online courses, and a social learning platform.

  • I managed 12 vendor-based trainers for 28 contact centre management teams worldwide, spanning the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Leading a team of four, we developed storyboards that were integrated into learning media for self-study, classroom, and virtual classroom environments.

  • I oversaw a team comprising up to six Social Care professionals and up to four learning developers, managing vendor budgets of up to £200K to create high-quality learning resources for the Social Care sector.

  • I managed a team spanning five UK and three Indian contact centres, implemented new certifications and standards for trainers based in India. The solutions we created and implemented encompassed software simulations, coaching, face-to-face group sessions, and online learning modules for trainers, managers, team leaders, and advisors.

Since 1999 I have volunteered in the community to teach dance-fitness and support people to live healthier lifestyles. I have set up two brands Pungra and Skills For The Community.
